Enviro-Dynamics prepared The Quoin Restoration Plan, drawing on ecological assessments, site visits, and collaboration with The Quoin management team to identify priority areas for intervention. The plan provided a framework for restoring degraded landscapes, recommending practical revegetation strategies, management interventions, and monitoring approaches to support long-term ecosystem recovery across the property

From its beginnings as a local Landcare group, the Derwent Catchment Project (DCP) has grown into a leader in restoration and land management, demonstrating the impact that can be achieved when farmers, community, government, and industry work together. Ten years ago, DCP contracted Enviro-dynamics to deliver NRM programs which significantly expanded the groups capability. This collaboration enabled the delivery of large-scale, cross-tenure weed control, river restoration, revegetation, and sustainable farming initiatives, alongside the establishment of a commercial native plant nursery. The Derwent Catchment Project (DCP) has secured $10 million in federal investment to deliver a Nature Repair Pilot, building on existing funding and partnerships targeting invasive species control, river restoration, and threatened species recovery to creating an investment portfolio of projects as part of the emerging nature repair market

Enviro-dynamics developed the West Coast Weed Management Plan in response to escalating weed issues threatening the region’s natural values, tourism assets, and ecological integrity.  Key outputs include detailed distribution maps, stakeholder-specific recommendations, a 2024–29 action plan, and protocols for annual monitoring

Enviro-Dynamics is partnering with Farming for the Future (FftF) to support Australian Wool Innovation’s Nature Positive Farming program.  Providing project management aimed at delivering industry specific, credible, science‑based metrics for woolgrowers to measure, manage and report on-farm natural capital and environmental performance.

Enviro-dynamics undertook a comprehensive environmental and social due diligence assessment for a major Tasmanian property. The study reviewed existing infrastructure, land use and environmental values, identifying key risks and constraints. It also highlighted opportunities to protect wetlands, restore native vegetation and support threatened species, while outlining pathways to carbon and biodiversity markets for restoration initiatives and remnant vegetation management. Social dimensions were also considered, including cultural heritage, community values and the implications of future land use options for the site.
