Conservation and Research Development
Enviro-Dynamics, in collaboration with The Landscape Recovery Foundation (LRF) is supporting conservation of the critically endangered swift parrot (Lathamus discolor) through monitoring and research that provide the evidence base for effective management strategies.
The Landscape Recovery Foundation (LRF) is continuing Enviro-Dynamics’ comprehensive Eucalypt Conservation Program, with a focus on safeguarding Tasmania’s endemic eucalypt species, particularly the critically endangered Morrisby’s gum (Eucalyptus morrisbyi).
The Tasmanian Orchid Conservation and Research Program (TOCRP) aims to improve the conservation status of Tasmanian threatened orchids. Coordinated by the Landscape Recovery Foundation, with the support of Enviro-dynamics, program collaborators include the Tasmanian Seed Conservation Centre and Royal Botanic Gardens. The TOCRP is currently developing a translocation program for threatened orchids with a focus on species found in the Tasmanian Midlands.
