Eve is an experienced ecologist with 18 years in the field, specialising in botany, mycology, agro-ecology, and restoration. She has worked across a variety of Tasmanian landscapes and has additional experience in the Northern Territory. Her expertise includes threatened species management, natural capital, and agricultural systems, with a strong focus on integrating ecological science into landholder-focused solutions. As an accredited Accounting for Nature® practitioner, Eve is skilled in identifying and developing strategic benefits and opportunities to engage with emerging natural capital markets to the scientific standard required.
A highly skilled community extension and engagement facilitator, particularly within agricultural settings, Eve facilitates participatory workshops, develops practical tools, and creates resources that help translate complex ecological information into clear, actionable strategies. Proficient in GIS and data management, Eve has made contributions to scientific publications, project evaluations, and collaborative research at high levels. Eve’s ability to bridge science, strategy, and community makes her a vital asset in delivering impactful, landscape-scale environmental initiatives.
My happy places include spending summer holidays at our bush block on Flinders Island with family and friends, riding my motorbike and mountain bike, and talking big ideas with good people.
